Services Description

FlexiPCB provides flexible printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing services, including:

• Flex PCB fabrication
• Rigid-flex PCB manufacturing
• PCB assembly services
• Design review and DFM analysis
• Prototyping and production runs

Ordering Process

When placing an order with FlexiPCB:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation
• Prices are valid at the time of quotation and may change
• Design files must meet our specifications for processing
• We reserve the right to reject orders that violate these terms
• Custom orders may require deposits before production

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all design files and intellectual property you submit. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for manufacturing your order. We will not share your designs with third parties without your consent.

Confidentiality

We treat all customer designs and project information as confidential. We implement strict data security measures and require employees and contractors to sign non-disclosure agreements.

Quality and Warranty

FlexiPCB is committed to quality:

• All products undergo 100% electrical testing
• We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects
• Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt
• Warranty does not cover issues caused by customer design errors
• Replacement or refund will be provided for valid warranty claims

Shipping and Delivery

Regarding shipping and delivery:

• Lead times begin after design approval and payment
• Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier
• Customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes
• We offer various shipping options including express delivery

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment is required before production for new customers
• We accept major credit cards, wire transfer, and PayPal
• Net terms may be available for established customers
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiPCB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Products intended for weapons or military applications without proper authorization
• Illegal purposes or products
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
• Any application that violates export control regulations

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
