We confirm conductor, insulation, connector, shielding, protection, labeling, and documentation assumptions before sample release. Alternate-part risk is discussed before purchasing starts.

What do you need to quote a military cable assembly?

At minimum we need the drawing or marked sample, BOM, connector and wire details, required test scope, quantity, and target lead time. If the program uses approved manufacturer lists or source-controlled notes, send those with the RFQ so the quote reflects the actual release path.

Can you build to customer military or defense drawings without claiming blanket certification?

Yes. We can build to customer-controlled drawings and required test or documentation packages when the scope is clearly defined. If a program requires formal qualification, registration, or compliance claims beyond the supplied package, that boundary should be reviewed before order release.

What documents can ship with the order?

Depending on the requirement, the return package can include sample approval records, lot traceability, continuity or hi-pot results, inspection notes, and packing or labeling confirmation. State the document set in the RFQ so it is included in the control plan from the start.
